泡菜炒饭
需要的原料有:米饭,鸡蛋,泡菜,猪肉,葱(可选),洋葱(可选)
泡菜切块,洋葱切丁,猪肉切丝切片都可以,小葱切段,鸡蛋打散。
猪肉和泡菜、洋葱一起炒香,放置一旁备用。放油煎鸡蛋,鸡蛋边缘熟后就放米饭翻炒,把炒好的猪肉、泡菜、洋葱都放进去,等到米饭上色均匀,锅里发出啪啪响的声音就可以放盐,放葱,最后翻炒一下就可以起锅了。
如果喜欢吃干一点有嚼劲的炒饭就把饭蒸硬一点,反之蒸软一些。
